Introduction


Cardamom essential oil, derived from the seeds of the *Elettaria cardamomum* plant, is cherished for its warm, spicy, and slightly sweet aroma. Known for its rich history in traditional medicine and culinary use, it offers a variety of therapeutic benefits.

Common Uses

1. Digestive Issues:

Add 1 drop to a carrier oil and massage onto the abdomen.

Diffuse to ease nausea or motion sickness.


2. Respiratory Health:

Combine with eucalyptus or peppermint in a diffuser to alleviate congestion.

Add a drop to a bowl of hot water for steam inhalation.


3. Emotional Support:

Diffuse during study or work for enhanced focus and mental clarity.

Apply diluted to pulse points to reduce nervous tension.


4. Skin Care:

Add a drop to 10ml carrier oil for a warming massage to improve circulation.
